  1. Laughing sandbags (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) New user request. I have been on Wikipedia for nearly a year and, in addition to various edits, have started six new articles on overlooked historical figures and academics, e.g. Constance Sydney Holmes, Maurice Cameron and Mathew Swetenham. I am particularly interested in the history of the British Empire in Southeast Asia and in British literature with connections to the Empire. I have made use of various Adam Matthew databases from research libraries in the past (particularly the East India Company and Empire Online databases) and would like to work further with these sources as I edit Wikipedia. Thank you. Laughing sandbags (talk)

  1. Seraphimsystem (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) This database provides reliable English translations of certain hard to find Latin and French language Medieval primary source material. This period of history relies heavily on these sources and access to these translations will assist me in source checking and refimproving articles in Medieval history. 1. Conlinp (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) Please consider me for access to the Adam Matthew database. I have being editing for the last six years and mostly with WikiProject South Africa. Most of the articles I have created have to do with South Africa. I seek further sources of information to expand existing articles on South African history and politics and to create newer articles.Conlinp (talk) 11:41, 4 May 2017 (UTC)

  1. Rcollman (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) I have contributed to two WikiMedias since 2006. When created a documentation wiki, I learned how to create pages based upon forum comments, edit developers words, understood that English was a second or third language for many readers and that English pages would be translated into other languages I ended my MoodleDocs contributions in 2013 and was a sysop. My Wikipedia subject interests and over 1600 edits tend to be in the area of ethnohistory, specifically the history of the US. Southwest and Native Americans where I did original research in the 1970s. However, my watchlist also includes 180 pages about the history of sub Saharan Africa and topics generally related to my family. I recently started to make contributions to WikiSource, editing OCRs text compiled from images. I am a 16 year subscriber to and use it to research biographies for private use. In the last 4 years, I have tried to correct my previous sins in Wikipedia, by placing paragraph citations after what I consider common knowledge and changing references to include a citation template. I maintain several sub pages to assist me with these goals. Having access to more electronic files will improve my ability to expand Wikipedia pages. Rcollman (talk) 12:14, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

  1. Signedzzz (talk · contribs · central auth · count · email) General editor for 3 years. This looks very interesting. I think it will be useful for improving articles such as the Grand Tour, Victorian London, etc. zzz (talk) 15:00, 14 May 2017 (UTC)
