Tony Frank (December 9, 1943 – April 18, 2000) was an American television actor who is best remembered for playing the sadistic plantation overseer Salem Jones in North and South (1985-86). He has also acted in films such as The River Rat (1984), Extreme Prejudice (1987), Talk Radio (1988), Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Riverbend (1989), Rush (1991) and Lone Star (1996).
