Copper

Shouldn't copper be listed in "other" rather than "metals" if it's an unorthodox tincture? Faulty (talk) 23:39, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

It is, now. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 09:21, 26 July 2015 (UTC)

Proper

There should be a link to "proper" too, I think, but I don't know where to put it. Also, there is no article on this "tincture", which I also think there should be. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 09:21, 26 July 2015 (UTC)

But "proper" is not any particular tincture; it is a term to describe "natural" or "standard " coloring of a charge. It may deserve an article, but it is debatable whether it is correct to consider it a "tincture" in its own right. --EncycloPetey (talk) 20:48, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
True, but it is a term for anything which has its natural colour instead of one of the heraldic tintures. Therefore, it ought to be mentioned next to the tinctures. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 02:00, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
