I don't think this is an appropriate template to use a NAVBOX for. A NAVBOX is something which is added to the bottom of an article to link between other related articles. This template however is used for the purpose of letting the reader know who was in a footy squad and is intended to be included as part of an article, eg 1993 AFL Grand Final.
