Merger proposal

I propose that sum of combinatorial games be merged into disjunctive sum. The two articles discuss precisely the same topic under slightly different names. The article on sum of combinatorial games is essentially a stub, but includes one key reference, to Conway's On Numbers and Games. The article on disjunctive sum has more detail, but has no references. Merging should be straightforward. — Jeff Erickson (talk) 16:02, 5 June 2013 (UTC)
