Youngest expansion franchise to win a World Series

The Diamondbacks became the youngest expansion franchise to win a World Series in 2001, winning it in their fourth season. However, it is incorrect to say, as too many sportswriters have done, that they were the youngest-ever World Series champions. The Boston Red Sox won the first World Series, in 1903, in only their third season of play. The Red Sox were charter members of the American League, which played its first major-league season in 1901. --RjLesch

Jermaine Dye

Since when did Jermaine Dye get traded to the diamondbacks ? where have I been ? I think that needs to be changed.

More Vandalism?

The uniforms shown on the page now are the Washington Nationals Uniforms.

Uniforms

Why are the Washington Nationals uniforms shown?

There is a correction that needs to be made. Recently, Tony La Russa was removed as Head of the Baseball Operations department and moved to an advisor/Chief analyst. Derrick Hall is the President and CEO of the Team and needs to be added to this section. Tony La Russa's official title, as of this week, is Chief Baseball Analyst/Advisor. The power he had over the last 2 years has been transferred back to the New GM: Mike Hazen. To give some creditability, check out a new article on the Dbacks Website and I am a current season ticket holder and have been following the DBacks for the last 19 years.

This is all true. It's reflected in the infobox but not the body. Someone should do it; I will by the morning if noone else does. – Muboshgu (talk) 03:49, 21 October 2016 (UTC)

Could somebody add the Start date and age template from "| established = 1998" to "| established = {start date and age|1998|3|9}"?
