Pukaki Airport (IATA: TWZ, ICAO: NZUK) is a small airport in the Mackenzie District of the South Island of New Zealand. The airport is located about 3 km North from the township of Twizel and is about 284 km from Christchurch.

The airport contains a fully automated Met Service weather station, eight hangars, and a BP petrol system containing 20,000 litres of JetA1 and 15,000 litres of Avgas fuel for planes to refuel with a BP Fuel Card.

Resident operators at Pukaki Airport include Aviation Adventures Ltd (trading as Red Cat Biplane Flights and glacierflights.com), The Helicopter Line and Otago Airspread. Aviation Adventures offers scenic flights in a three-seat open-cockpit Grumman Ag-Cat biplane and a Cessna 172 over the alpine lakes and glaciers of Aoraki Mount Cook and Westland national parks.

Air Safaris, based in Tekapo, operates scenic charter flights from this airport.
