Mandisi Mpahlwa, Minister of Trade and Industry of South Africa in the governments of Thabo Mbeki (2004-2008) and Kgalema Motlanthe (since 2008) at the Annual Meeting 2009 of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, January 31, 2009

Mandisi Mabuto Bongani Mpahlwa was the Minister of Trade and Industry under South African President Thank Mbeki, from 2004-08.[1][2]
