Wilmington is the largest city in Delaware, and is located at the Brandywine Creek and Christina River, which flows into the Delaware River. It is one of the major cities in the Delaware Valley Metro area. Currently, Wilmington has over 14 buildings that surpass 200 feet. Its current tallest building is the River Tower at Christina Landing, at 340 ft (100 m). Here are the top 20 tallest buildings in Wilmington:
