List of Anolis lizards

The large lizard genus Anolis contains around 390 accepted anole (US: /əˈn.li/ (About this soundlisten)) species,[1] which have been considered in a number of subgroups, or clades such as carolinensis and isolepis.[2]

Nota bene: In the following list, a binomial authority in parentheses indicates that the species was originally described in a genus other than Anolis.
