Limes Mauretaniae

The Limes Mauretaniae was a Roman frontier territory in Africa and a defense line approximately 100 kilometers south of the modern day Algiers.[1]

It was part of the North-African borderline between the Atlantic coast and the Limes Tripolitanus.[2]
