John Laing Infrastructure Fund

John Laing Infrastructure Fund (LSEJLIF) was a investment fund company with a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange. JLIF was a Guernsey registered closed-end investment company that raised capital in the equity market. Established in November 2010, the company acquired a Seed Portfolio of 19 low risk operational public–private partnership (PPP) projects from John Laing plc. As at 30 June 2013, the company's portfolio had increased to a total of 38 projects located in United Kingdom, Continental Europe and North America. The company's Chairman was Paul Lester CBE. In August 2018 the company agreed to accept an offer from Dalmore Capital and Equitix Investment Management valuing the company at £1.45 billion.[1] The transaction became effective on 28 September 2018.[2]
