John Daniel Evermore (born November 15, 1968) is an American actor. He is best known for playing the role of Thomas Silby in Treme, Detective Lutz in True Detective, Harley in The Walking Dead, Carl Daggett in Rectify,[1] Holt in Maggie,[2] and as Dewey Revette in Deepwater Horizon.

Evermore was born in Greenville, Mississippi.
