Infinix Mobile is a Hong Kong-based smartphone manufacturer founded in 2012 by Transsion Holdings.[1]. The company has research and development centres in China and designs its phones in France. Infinix mobile phones are manufactured in China and are available in about 30 countries in the Middle East and Africa, including pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, and Egypt.[2]

In 2017, Infinix gained market shares in Egypt, rising to third place after Samsung and Huawei.[3]

On May 8, 2018, Infinix Mobile Nigeria signed an endorsement deal with David Adedeji Adeleke (Davido) as the 2018 Nigerian Mobile Brand Ambassador.[citation needed]

Infinix is the main sponsor of the Indian Super League Mumbai City FC.[4]
