Infinity is a MUD, a text-based online role-playing game, founded in 1993.[1]

Game characteristics

Infinity is set in a fantasy world, with player characters adventuring and battling to advance.[2]

The MUD has at times been met with indifferent critical response, as with being called "another standard AberMUD".[3] However, its friendly, easy-going atmosphere and helpfulness to new users have been praised.[2]

Technical infrastructure

Infinity is based on the AberMUD codebase.[4]

If you're looking for a place to hang your virtual hat, do a bit of adventuring and have some fun, this is the place to go. It's not heavily populated, but the people there are friendly and helpful to newbies, so it's a good place to go if you're starting out. Though Infinity has its share of magical beings and fantastic locations, it's really a peaceful, easygoing place at heart. Stop by and see for yourself.
