2. Their male and female male line descendants, such as Henry II of England and Matilda of England, Duchess of Saxony

3. The wives of their male male line descendants, such as Eleanor of Aquitaine

4. The illegitimate children of Geoffrey and his male male line descendants, such as Hamelin de Warenne, Earl of Surrey and Joan, Lady of Wales

The later cadet branches each have their own categories, and so this category does not include: -

1. John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster, his wives and descendants - the House of Lancaster

2. Edmund of Langley, 1st Duke of York, his wives and descendants - the House of York
