Bikaner Technical University (BTU) is a State technical University located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

BTU is based in the campus of the College of Engineering & Technology, Bikaner in the city of Bikaner, approximately 400 kilometres (250 mi) from New Delhi in Karni Industrial Area Bikaner. Bikaner Technical Univeraity, Bikaner established in 2017 [2].Its new session will be started from 2018.

BTU is located in Bikaner in the state of Rajasthan. It was established in 2017 (Bill No. 31) by the Government of Rajasthan to enhance the technical education in the eastern, northern, and western parts of state. All the Technical Institutes of the Bikaner division, Jodhpur division, Ajmer division’s (District Nagaur, Ajmer), Jaipur division’s (District Alwar, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu) are under the administrative and academic control of BTU.

Notable Institutions

Most notable institute affiliated to BTU is B.K. Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, in the town of Pilani.
